Shipping (Right of Withdrawal): In the case of a return due to withdrawal (within 15 days) for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the cost of the return shipment will be borne by livian.shop. For shipments to the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, the cost of the return shipment due to withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
  4. Shipping (Defective Product or Shipping Error): In the case of a return due to a defective product or an error in the shipment on our part, the cost of the return shipment will also be borne by livian.shop, regardless of the shipping zone.
  5. Review: Once we receive the returned product, we will review it to make sure it meets our return conditions.
  6. Refund or Exchange: If everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product or exchange it for another product (according to your preference). Refunds will be made by the same payment method used in the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days once the return has been reviewed and approved.

5. Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Errors

In the event that the product received has a manufacturing defect or there has been an error in the shipment on our part, we will take care of the return shipping costs and the shipment of the new product or the full refund, including the initial shipping costs, regardless of the shipping zone.
