The following information applies only to orders that we manage directly, orders placed on other platforms to which we redirect or refer you, will be governed by the policies of those platforms.
We will proceed to make a free return (assuming the shipping costs) as long as one of the following points is met:
- The customer receives a defective product.
- The customer receives a wrong color / size product.
- In any other case, action will be taken as described in the following "RETURNS" section.
RETURNS
Request the return in our contact form, indicating the order reference and the items to be returned.
Once we respond confirming that everything is correct, you can send it to our facilities within the established period, through any courier or post company, the costs for postage are at your expense.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with the original labeling, returns of clothing that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
When we receive the package, we will process the return the same day we receive the returned product (s) and we will send you an email notifying of this. You will be reimbursed by the same means in which the order was placed (Credit card, PayPal).
The amount corresponding to the items to be returned will be refunded, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse.
It is essential that the return arrives within the deadline to make it. For returns that arrive after the deadline, the corresponding amount will not be refunded.
The message with your return request will be answered from Monday to Friday during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00.
We reserve the right not to accept a return, if once it has been received it does not comply with the conditions specified above, as well as if it is received after the deadline.
For defective items or received by mistake, you must notify it through our contact form, attaching images of the product, within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.
