General Contract Conditions
The following information applies only to orders that we manage directly, orders placed on other platforms to which we redirect or refer you, will be governed by the policies of those platforms.
These General Contracting Conditions - hereinafter CGC -, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website.
Users who make purchases fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting / purchase.
The reading and acceptance of the CGC will be an indispensable requirement, prior to the purchase of any product through this site.
We reserve the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTCs will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchaser consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in their client area.
Shipping
SPAIN PENINSULA
Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours (on weekdays excluding holidays or weekends). We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural populations far from urban centers, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours in any case.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Delivery times range from 6 to 7 days (on working days excluding holidays or weekends). We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery in 6 days in any case.
The following should also be considered:
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
The client will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that he owes is included in the products included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way, it is convenient to leave a record to the transport company.

Returns
In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer. For this, the conditions set out must be met and which you can consult in the our Returns Policy link.
The consumer and user will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from their manipulation, other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
Order Cancellations
The customer may cancel their order as long as it has not been sent, in this case, they will proceed to make a refund of their money through the payment method used for the purchase. If the product has been sent, the customer must process a return of the product.
